Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or eligible item, subject to availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
  
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, or other items marked non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
